How to request changes

To request changes to a task list, submit a request through the Principal Publisher Service Desk.

Select the following categories from the drop-down menus when submitting the request:

Category > Website Surveys Subcategory > GC Task Success Survey: Request edit to task list

Changes are reviewed by theme leads, Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and Principal Publisher. Updates to the task list are compiled and implemented on a monthly basis.

Service Standards

Principal Publisher will assess and complete the request within 5 business days of receiving all the required information.
